We are currently hiring for the following positions:

• Program Coordinator
  Location: Prevention
  Status: Full-Time
  Manages the coordination and implementation of assigned prevention projects of the Community Prevention Coalition; prevention programs and early intervention education programs.Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, social work or related field.
  Minimum of two years of experience in community level prevention/coalition work with two years of supervisory experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. MS Office/Outlook software experience required. Must have fingerprint clearance/eligible to pass fingerprint clearance requirements. Completed/able to complete Prevention Training Program. Must be over 21 years of age.
  Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Able to arrange meeting rooms (moving tables and chairs as needed).
  
  
  
• B.H.T. Supervisor
  Location: Desert Hope Detoxification
  Status: Full-time / M-F 11:30pm - 8:00am
  Provides direct supervision to BHT, CCS & RSS staff.
  Minimum qualifications: HS/GED, 4 years full-time BHT work experience or AA and 2 years of full-time BH work experience or Bachelors and 1 year BH work experience. Plus 1 yr supervisory experience.

  Location: Desert Hope Detoxification
  Status: Full-time/ Day and night shifts
  Must have a current Arizona RN license and 1 year behavioral health experience. Current CPR certification.
  
  
  
• Therapist
  Location: Serene Life
  Status: Full-time
  Masters Degree in a behavioral health or health related field. Experience in diverse treatment setting is preferred but not required. Licensed according to Arizona State requirements as a Behavioral Health Professional
  
  
• Recovery Support Specialist
  Location: New Directions
  Status: Full-Time
  

• Therapist - LPC License
  Location: Outpatient Services
  Status: Part Time
  
  Responsible for core assessment and the development and implementation of an individual service plan with client participation.  Provides treatment activities, referrals and client advocacy.  Master Degree in a behavioral health or health related field.  Experience in diverse treatment setting is preferred but not required. Arizona LPC required. Part-time position. Must be 21 years of age.
  
  
• Recovery Support Specialist (Female)
  Location: MCAS
  Status: Full-Time
  Must be female. Serves only female clients.
  

We are currently recruiting for the following ON-CALL positions for ALL SHIFTS.

• Client Assessment Specialist - ON CALL
  Location: Desert Hope Detoxification
  Status: On call / All Shifts
  Responsible for the clinical assessment for clients' intakes into detox and coordination of care pending discharge.
  Minimum qualifications: BA in behavioral health related field and 2 years BH work experience, or a BA in a non-behavioral health related field and 30 semester hours in BH education and 4 years BH work experience. MA in BH related field. Must be 21 years of age.
  
  
• Behavioral Health Tech I - ON CALL
  Location: Desert Hope Detoxification
  Status: On Call / All Shifts
  Minimum - HS/GED with 4 years related experience
  
  
• Clinical Liaison - ON CALL
  Location: Detox and Residential Services
  Status: On Call / All Shifts
  
  
• E.M.T. - ON CALL
  Location: Desert Hope Detoxification
  Status: On Call / All Shifts
  Must have a current Arizona EMT license. Asses, monitor, screen and triage clients. Administer first aid treatment and initiate emergency medical service interventions as required.
  
  
• L.P.N. - ON CALL
  Location: Desert Hope Detoxification
  Status: On Call / All Shifts
  Must have current Arizona LPN license. Assesses medical status of clients on unit.
  

• Resource Specialist - ON CALL
  Location: Desert Hope Detoxification
  Status: On Call / All Shifts
  Assists in the continual management of the internal systems of information management and communication for the Desert Hope facility. HS Diploma, 1 year utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and web-based programs, performing data entry, 2 years of Customer Service experience

  Must have a current Arizona RN license and 1 year behavioral health experience. Current CPR certification.
