Stefanie Litwiller has been in the Human Resources profession for 10 years. Prior to starting a career in Human Resources, she worked in direct client care at a Residential Treatment Center for adolescents with Axis I and II mental health disorders.
Stefanie worked for Compass Behavioral Health Care from 2008-2009, and rejoined the company in 2011 as the Director of Human Resources. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, employment, benefits, employee relations, EEO, HR recordkeeping & administration, ensuring federal and state compliance, developing HR policies, procedures and programs, developing and maintaining compensation program, and developing management training.
Stefanie has her Bachelors degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology, and her Masters degree in Human Resources Development. Stefanie is also a Certified Professional in Human Resources.
