Marti is a 33 year veteran of the Human Resources profession. Marti is the Human Resources Director of Compass Behavioral Health Care, where she has been working since 2004. She is an active community leader and volunteer. Marti has a total of 10 years of HR experience working in behavioral health services and past board member of various behavioral health agencies. She has worked for several noted employers including ComCare, a former RBHA in Maricopa County, Charter Behavioral Health Hospitals, Renal Health Care, Best Western International, Inc., CDI Corporation, and ITT.
Marti’s has vast professional experience in addition to HR in the areas of administration, operations, and organizational development. She attended Western International University and other educational institutions and considers herself an advocate of life long learning.
